Renata Dos Reis Marques

I earned my bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where I conducted research under the mentorship of Dr. Rachel Patton McCord for four years. My previous research project investigated the impact of cytoskeletal disruption on nuclear morphology of migratory melanoma cells. Currently, I am interested in exploring the fields of biomaterials and regenerative medicine in the context of mechanobiology.
